If you've purchased the credit before booking, continue to proceed over to the date of the Trial Class in our schedule to book your slot(s)! Come get a small taste of what our Pole Basic classes are like. Not to worry, no experience or fitness background is necessary. Starting with the basic pole walk & grips, we will soon have you spinning around, climbing & sitting comfortably up the pole! PLEASE WEAR: Singlet & shorts that expose the thighs. No body lotion before class please! This will make the poles slippery. Bring your own water bottle & personal sweat towel.
